Exterior Painting at Fraser Avenue, Johnsonville — A Full Transformation
In partnership with JT Constructions/Concrete Limited.
A fresh coat of paint can do wonders for a home — but the real difference comes down to preparation. At Tidy Pads, we recently completed a full exterior painting project at Fraser Avenue in Johnsonville, done properly from the very first strip right through to the final top coat.
The Starting Point
The property had seen better days. Paint was peeling, door frames were worn, and the soffits had lost their freshness. It needed more than just a quick roll-over.
Preparation Is Everything
We started by applying paint stripper to affected areas, removing old failing paint back to the bare surface. Once stripped, we sanded every surface thoroughly — walls, door frames, and soffits — to create a smooth, clean base.
Undercoat, Then Two Top Coats
We applied a full undercoat across all exterior surfaces, then two full coats of top coat. Two coats are essential for a rich, even finish and lasting protection against Wellington's elements.
The Finished Result
The home now looks outstanding. Walls are crisp and even, door frames are sharp, and the soffits are clean and bright. Get in touch for a free, no-obligation quote.
